Hailing from Southern California, Jerry moved to Colorado Springs 15 years ago with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a passion for real estate. He’s now a Top Producer and a trusted New Construction expert, recognized by local home builders for his knowledge, results, and client-first approach. Launching House Hunters allowed Jerry to break away from big-box brokerages and build a brand focused on higher standards, flexibility, and exceptional service.

When he’s not working with clients or builders, Jerry is spending time with family. He and his wife, Derra—high school friends who reconnected years later—share a love for Italian travel, great food experiences, and, of course, the Foo Fighters. Their daughter, an aspiring musician and artist, inspires Jerry to keep playing music and stay creative.

Giving back is a core part of who Jerry is. He believes generosity and paying it forward define both personal character and professional culture.
